Delete your Lunar account
You can delete your Lunar account and its personal information at any time.
In the app — Drivers: Profile → Account → Delete account. Businesses: Profile → Delete account.
On the web — sign in at lunarcar.me and use the same control under Profile.
By email — write to privacy@lunarcar.me from any address and we will verify and complete the request.
Deleting is immediate and permanent. Erased: your profile, home address, date of birth, driver's licence number, vehicle details, placements, verification photos, sign-in credentials, and email history.
Retained: financial transaction records required for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations. These are detached from your identity, so what remains carries no personal information.
Uninstalling the app does not delete your account. Use the steps above.
